"nose: very interesting nose filled with lots of stones and minerals accompanied by honeysuckle, stone fruits, and bits of smoked wood tones.
taste: lots of acidity, and I do mean lots. Distinct flavors of wet stones and minerals along with some stone fruits and honeysuckle.
overall: the acidity really takes away from the mid palate and while it isn't in the searing category, its very much there and is bothersome. The stone fruit attack and mineral based finish is very good and enjoyable, but the acidity does take away an important part of this wine. It's most likely worth sitting on this for 2-3 years to hopefully let the wine emerge."

"This wine bring fantastic freshness, limes, lemon, and grassy aromas. This freshness, zesty acidity almost jumps out of the glass – with the Semillon helping to broaden out the palate on this wine.
On the palate, the wine is balanced, pure and has good concentration. This wine is crisp, dry, refreshing and definitely moreish, enjoy with Caesar Salad, or grilled lemonsole."
