RELATED INFO
- Taste:
- On the palate, the Moët & Chandon Rosé Vintage 2000 is ample and succulent, with hints of candied fruit (apricots, dates, prunes). The rich texture, voluptuous as a warm fabric (cashmere), intensifies the sensation of fullness which lingers in a delicious finale tinged with vanilla and liquorice.
- Bouquet:
- On the nose, this Vintage 2000 champagne reveals its aroma layer by layer, as if moving from summer to autumn. The first hints of small crisp red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant and wild strawberry) slowly open up to aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, and blueberry). The complexity is intensely sensual (musk, rose) and spicy (pink pepper and nutmeg).
- Appearance:

Product Reviews
"This is Champagne is composed of 39% Chardonnay, 41% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier sourced from a combination of the largest estate in Champagne and purchased fruit. This is the 36th Moet Rose Vintage- the first was the 1920. Copper pink in color, this Rose has a fresh dough and a restrained strawberry note on the nose. The wine is subtle and intriguing to smell, but powerful in the mouth, with tons of rose flavor. This wine more than hints at the character of its big brother- the Dom Perignon Rose."
"Rich salmon color with strawberry aroma with a touch of dough. Fruity flavors (strawberry and raspberry). Good but not my style."
"Showing some development, this rosé offers a mélange of dried berry and citrus fruits, with earth and malt undertones. Integrated and balanced, with a chalky intensity on the finish."
