"My husband an I had this champagne at our wedding (I'd tried it before and liked it) and it was a wonderful choice. I'm not normally a fan of champagne, but Perrier Jouet is so light and refreshing. I've never seen my husband so tipsy!!!"

"Pale gold color. Toasted bread, hazelnut and fresh pear on the nose, along with a hint of fresh porcini. Fine-grained and elegant in texture, with fresh flavors of apple, orange and buttery brioche. Finishes with good length and notes of lemon and lime."

"The house style tends to be lighter and brighter than many, but the Grand Brut is not always the recipient of the vital, outgoing fruit that marks the better wines from this producer. Still, this Brut works well enough with its light and incisive if slightly candied lemony fruit played off against modest if evident yeastiness. The wine is impeccably balanced and finely bubbled and has notes of chalk, toast and roasted lemon lingering in the finish."

在法国东北部，距离巴黎一个半小时车程（火车或汽车），是享誉全球的香槟酒的产地。根据法国法律，只有三种葡萄可用来酿造香槟酒，分别是：霞多丽(Chardonnay)、黑比诺(Pinot Noir)、莫尼耶比诺(Pinot Meunier)。

品牌历史

巴黎之花
近两个世纪以来，巴黎之花一直是最优质香槟的领衔军。 1811年不仅是一个充满传奇色彩的年份，同时它是酒庄庄主儿子Nicolas Perrier和来自葡萄酒商人之家的女儿Adèle Jouët喜结良缘，共同创造了香槟长。习俗、土质、技能和对工作的狂热打造了这家优雅上乘香槟。1815年，Perrier-Jouët意识到海外的潜在市场后，便往英国发送了第一批货，几年后，又将市场打入美国。1854年，Charles Perrier继承了其父的产业，同时根据应随客户口味，生产了一款干香槟，后来命名为气泡香槟。1888年，巴黎之花成为了世界上最贵的香槟。1874年，巴黎之花在克里斯蒂打破记录，成为世界最名贵的拍卖艺术品。 1902年，一个来自the Nancy School叫做Emile Gallé的装玻璃工人，为巴黎之花设计了一套银莲花酒瓶。这鞋银莲花后来成为这个葡萄酒长的象征。1964年，这种艺术被选为the Belle Epoque cuvée的外表点缀。
