II. Profile
University graduate (minimum 4 years university), fluent in Mandarin and English, very polite, have smooth telephone manners and a good understanding of customer service and customers' needs, have excellent writing skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Computer and Internet fluency. Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus. Previous experience in sales is a must.
III. Character:
Self-starter, team player, able to learn fast and work in an international environment, accurate in answering questions and reporting.
Willing to learn, improve and experiment. Taste for human contact.
Ready to embark on a fun, innovative project.
Interested in new technologies, sales & marketing.
IV. Previous work experience:
0 to 2 years.
