I. Job Description
1. Front Office Management:
-prepare editorial content for our luxury fashion portal
-market watch (competitors’ analysis, entry of new players…)
-develop clients’ database through marketing actions (events, promotions, advertising, new web site tools…)
-animate existing clients’ database
-analyse clients’ database on a regular basis in order to recommend adjustment product offer to clients’ needs
-assist organise the soft launch and official launch of our fashion portal
II. Profile
University graduate (minimum 3 years at a top international institution), fluent in English and ideally in mandarin too, good understanding of customer service and customers' needs, have excellent writing skills and telephone manners in Mandarin and English.

IV. Previous work experience
Previous experience in e-commerce or in marketing of luxury goods preferred.
V. Compensation
Plane ticket & Visa covered + 2100 RMB net per month
Weekly Mandarin classes.
