This section deals with conditions relating to the sale of products by Yangjiu.com to you.

 

When you place an order to purchase a product from Yangjiu.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract. 

 

Please review our Returns Policy, which applies to products purchased from us. You have a 7-day returns guarantee. Details of this statutory right and an explanation of how to exercise it are provided in the order confirmation e-mail and in the Returns Policy.

1. We regret that we do not accept products that have been opened or used. We thank you for your understanding. 
2. Please call our Service Center at 021-64317265  within 7 working days of receiving your package to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Call Center hours are 9am-6pm, Monday to Saturday.  
3. Please return your order within 14 working days upon receipt of an RMA Number. Please mark the RMA clearly on your returns form. 
4. Returns will only be accepted if the RETURN TAG remains attached. This is to ensure the authenticity of the returned goods.  

5. Please fill out the Return Form, and send it back with the INVOICE, tagging, and other items in the original packaging.

 

Return of fund 
If you have paid with a credit card or debit card, you fund will be credited to the card or account you used to make the purchase. 
If you have paid with your Alipay or 99Bill account, your fund will be credited to your Alipay or 99Bill account. 
If you have used an e-Gift Card, the amount you redeemed will be credited back to your e-Gift Card. 
If you have paid with bank transfer, postal remittance or COD, your fund will be credited to a bank account provided by you.

In the event of Yangjiu.com sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Yangjiu.com within 7 days. Yangjiu.com reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 7 days of the date on which Yangjiu.com confirms we will issue a replacement.  

 

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

 

Despite our efforts, a small number of the hundreds of products in our catalogue are mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. The prices in US Dollars that appear on Yangjiu.com are for information only. The exchange rate we chose is based on the actual exchange rate between RMB and USD and takes into account the various banking fees implied by the different payment platforms we offer. The actual amount that will be deducted from your bank account will most likely be lower than our indicative price in US Dollar.

In any case, Yangjiu.com shall not be held responsible for any difference occurring between our displayed price in USD and the actual amount you will be deducted from your bank account.

 

When ordering goods from Yangjiu.com for delivery overseas you will notice that we do not provide such service. We only deliver within the People’s Republic of China.
