Yangjiu.com is a premier online store specializing in wines, champagnes, gourmet foods, spirits, cosmetics and fun accessories.  We launched in December 2007 and are one of the most up-and-coming companies in Shanghai.

How do I order?

We provide three easy order methods:

 How do I pay for items purchased on Yangjiu.com?

We offer a wide variety of easy payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (in Shanghai only)
• Alipay
• Paypal (in USD only)
• Visa, Mastercard and American Express via RBS Worldpay (in USD, HKD and EUR)
• Wire transfer before delivery

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Within Shanghai, most of our products are delivered within 24 hours; you should expect your order to arrive within 48 hours (at latest).  We are also more than happy to deliver at a time convenient for you! Outside Shanghai, our delivery schedule depends on the province where you would like the goods to be delivered. Please ask our Customer Service for more details (customerservice@yangjiu.com). Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

What is your delivery fee?

We deliver for free throughout China, with no minimum order.

Do you deliver to cities outside of Shanghai?

 Absolutely!  We are able to arrange delivery throughout China.  Please contact customer service at customerservice@yangjiu.com for delivery rates to your city!

How long does it take to deliver to cities outside of Shanghai?

We are able to deliver to your door within 2-4 days depending on the location and items ordered.

I live outside of Shanghai: can I pay by cash on delivery or do I need to pay using a different method?

For deliveries outside of Shanghai, we do not accept cash on delivery.  To pay for your order, please pay directly on Yangjiu.com using a credit card or via Alipay.

I live in Europe: can I still buy and pay for items on Yangjiu.com and have them delivered to friends within China?

Absolutely, yes!  We have many customers from around the world who use Yangjiu.com as their premier source of gift delivery in China.  To order, please visit Yangjiu.com, select your items we will ship to the address of your choice within China.  Payment from overseas is also easy; you can use your international credit card to pay in $USD or EURO via our site.

Can I come by your office at 1375 Huahai Middle Road to visit and pay/pick up my order? 

You are welcome to visit us during normal work hours; if you would like to pick up and pay for your order in person, please contact customer service 24 hours in advance to ensure the items are ready for your arrival.

Can I order over the weekend?

Does Yangjiu.com provide invoices for items purchased on the Web site?

If I am not completely satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?
